Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. As many of our items are handmade or made to order, processing times may vary. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
At this time, Black Swan K-Store does not offer international shipping.
Shipping Delays
Black Swan K-Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Black Swan K-Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Candle & Heat Disclaimer
Candles and wax products may be sensitive to heat. Black Swan K-Store is not responsible for minor cosmetic changes (such as sweating or softening) caused by exposure to heat during transit.
